Protection of Industrial Property

Industrial property rights pertain to all laws and legal norms that protect intellectual property in the industrial sector. This includes such diverse legal matters as patent, petty patent, registered design and competition law. In turn, competition law can be subdivided into unfair competition law, trademark law (trademarks and trade names) and antitrust law. Copyright law represents a special case insofar as it serves in particular to protect cultural achievements.

We mainly advise in matters of competition law, but also in patent and copyright related issues. As regards competition law, our focus lies on advertising law for medical products on the one hand; we review our clients advertisement campaigns, support them with warnings and conduct competition law disputes.

On the other hand, we support our clients when registering trademarks and conducting trademark disputes on their behalf.
